Current updates or changes that affect businesses

The employment relations act and the holidays act are changing from 1 April 2011. These change the way your business employs staff. See our article for more details.

Also changing on 1st April 2011 are LAQC (Loss Attributing Qualifying Companies) and the creation of LTC (Look Through Companies).

Information on these changes are here and more information will be available from the IRD in April. LAQC's have six months to change their structures.
